Returns are granted on a case by case basis. In the event that we have sent you the wrong item, We will be happy to pay the costs of the shipping back to us and reshipping a replacement item to you if applicable. Understandably, if we have fulfilled the order correctly and a return is requested, then the customer would bear the costs of the return shipping charges.
If you would like a refund or exchange, contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to arrange to ship the product back to us and have us process your exchange or refund remotely.
To obtain an RMA number please e-mail us and provide your order number along with a list of the items which you would like to exchange or return. We will contact you shortly with a unique RMA number and shipping instructions to return your item. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days.
Details & Exceptions
Products returned for exchange or refund must be in “like new” condition and packed exactly as it was received complete with all original packaging, shipping materials, accessories and manuals. If it is not, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.
Items requiring assembly that have been opened and assembled are subject to an automatic 25% restocking fee.
All delivery, installation, shipping, labour charges, custom accessories, special orders, clothing, "one only", Pre-owned and clearance items, professional set-up fees, and third party fees.
The shipping costs will be your responsibility and will not be credited.
You must take insurance on any goods returned at your expense and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Goods missing parts will not be accepted for return.
